People mean two things by this question: how long the effects last, and how long an unopened sachet stays good. Here are both.
1) Timing and duration
What the directions on our product pages say (always defer to your pack's label):

On duration: product sellers commonly say effects last "several hours." We can't promise any duration. Responses vary a lot with body chemistry, food, hydration and medications. That's also why you should never take a second sachet because the first "didn't work": stick to the label limit.
2) Shelf life and storage
- Check the date code printed on the sachet or box. Use it before that date.
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. A hot car isn't a good place.
- Honey can thicken or crystallize when cold. That changes the texture, not the label directions.
- Don't use a sachet that's torn, swollen or leaking, or that smells off.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Safety first
- The FDA has publicly warned about many honey-based enhancement products that contained hidden prescription drug ingredients (sildenafil, tadalafil). These can interact dangerously with nitrates and some blood-pressure medications: FDA: Tainted Honey-based Products.
- Talk to a doctor before use if you take any medication or have heart, blood-pressure or blood-sugar conditions.
- Don't combine with alcohol or other enhancement products.
